Tim Canty
Tim Canty lives in Woking, Surrey. Born in Singapore to expatriate parents, he spent his early years in Malaysia, attending boarding school in England.
Tim holds an Honours degree in Economics and is an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).
After graduation, Tim worked for an international bank, holding posts in Asia. Since then he has been a corporate treasurer for 37 years, 20 years of which have been as an interim manager. During that time he has worked for different companies in varying industries, including multinationals with extensive international exposure.
Tim's first interim assignment was for a distributor of network computing products and services in 1997, followed by an oil company from 1997 to 1999, based in the Middle East. Tim then worked for a UK government development agency for 2 years and has been a full time "career" interim manager since. In that time he has undertaken many assignments for different companies.
